How do I Join the course?
To join the course, Please contact our Training Advisor. Our training Advisor will explain the process of joining the course.

You can interact with the trainer and other students in the Live sessions.

Live sessions are delivered at set dates and times. All scheduling information can be found in the training portal.

You will receive a Early Bird discount if you purchase the course 4 to 6 weeks before the course start date. The dates for course can be found on the course page, above Course Overview

The majority do. However, some courses do not follow this discount model. Please contact us for the pricing and further information.

Yes. You can refer to a Friend and get discount on the next course. We offer 10% referring discount to referring person based on the course joining date. Also we offer 5% discount who is joining through reference. Maximum one referring discount can be claimed for a course at any one time. Please contact us for more details.

The group discount is applicable when a group of 3 or more people join together for the same course. The group discount varies depending on the size of the group. Please contact us for more details.

We offer some discount on the subsequent few courses for our learners if taken within a year of time.

Depending on how soon it is to the date of your course, you may be able to cancel or transfer to a later date. Please see our booking terms for more details. Note that if you are unable to attend, you can transfer to next course. 

Upon completion of a course all delegates will be awarded a certificate of completion, after necessary examination and assessment.

We will send you the webinar link before the course start.

Most of our webinars are delivered through Teams and may require Teams downloads.
